Yangzhou Best Foundry was founded in 1985. After 32 years of development, now we have the most advanced and high-end equipment and technique and license of importing and exporting. Our main markets cover Japan, Europe, the US and South Africa.
Utilizing Advanced Machinery
Our factory covers an area of more than 36,000 square meters including casting and machining workroom of 18,000 square meters. The plant is equipped with one set of five-ton cupola, two sets of one-ton electric furnaces, two sets of 15-ton resin bonded sand conditioning lines, heat treatment and shot blast cleaning equipment. Also, we have our own chemical lab with complete testing equipment such as chemical analysis, spectrometer, metalloscope, Brinell hardness tester, ultrasonic fault detector, physical tensile machine and more.
30 Years in Importing and Exporting
By now, we have almost 30 years' experience in our core business of import and export business, and casting and machining.
Our annual capacity is 6,000 tons which 60% output is for export. For castings, we can do maximum parts of 10-ton grey iron, six-ton ductile iron and six-ton alloy cast iron. For machining, we can do the maximum diameter of 1.6m for round parts, and 2.5*1.3m for quadrate parts.
